I voted Nokia - I've had my problems, but on the whole they've been reliable phones. My work phone is a 6310i - it's at least 2 years old, been bashed about and constantly used, but still working great.
I'm probably going to so with the SonyEricsson P910i for my next phone though.

Ive got a Nokia 6600 at the moment and love it to bits, its the best phone ive ever had.

However, I have voted for Siemens as I had the S25i, M35, C45, SL45 and S55 and every one of them was a workhorse and never gave me any problems. The phones themselves had an exceptionally user friendly interface interface and some of the later ones were actually quite as trendy as the Nokia's.

The biggest problem I have with Nokia's is that most are aimed towards kids, they used to cost the earth compared to other phones that beat them on everything, they are renowned for screen problems/faliures and they are just too late with new technologies on the majority of their phones (although this is starting to change now).

Sony Ericsson by a mile, i used to have nokia phones but i got my first SE in the T68i and havent looked back since (now on the K700i). Sony Ericsson is by far the best!

I've had various phones over the years, but without a doubt Nokia have the best firmware. Its easy to understand and consistent.

My Motorola v600 is a great phone but the software is hopelessly inconsistent. (For example, sometimes the left softkey is cancel/exit and the right is Yes/Ok/Done. Sometimes though its the other way around!) Its as though the different parts of the software were written by different people.)

nokia, but that may change soon especially with the release of the new motorola phone

Nokia phones usually have one downfall that ruins the phone for me
small screen/no wap/poor ringtones/overpriced/short battery life/large phone size/large phone mass/ridiculously small keys/unresponsive keys
But the big one that gets to me, is the fact that once you buy one of their phones there is another phone with the same looks or software or functions but one better released only weeks to months later.
Best example would be the entire 30-series and 68-series.

I voted Sony Ericsson purely because they're the only other manufacturer I've had and they were much better. Everything was very simple to set up and the features are out of this world and that's on my old T310. Free games, pictures and ringtones from the wapsite, loud ringer and just little things which make your day like being able to play games while being in a call.

The next best netork in my eyes Motorola. The other big three, Nokia, Samsung and Siemens release too many phones too quickly.

I've had my Siemens A55 for over a year now. It's been dropped countless times (sometimes from great height and force) and it's still working perfectly! I've not had any other mobile phone but my Siemens is very nice

I'm more than happy with the Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones i've had but i've got the LG U8120 now and if 3 bring out the LG U8150 or better, I doubt i'll look back.

Do you know if the LG U8120 can be unlocked to all networks?

I voted Sony, I really really don't like Nokia. I've had around 10 phones in my time, only one of them is a Nokia

Nokia's are built like bricks but for a phone with decent size and features with good quality you must go for a Sagem. The latest Nokia's (ie 7600) have good quality pictures but are huge phones. Whereas the Sagem myx-7 for example is a decent size with good quality pictures and video clips.

Sagem gets my vote.

You're not comparing like with like.
The 7600 is a 3G phone - the Myx7 is a mid-range 2.5G - probably most comparible to the 6610i - which is the same size or smaller

My friend once ate a nokia 5510 (yes ate, i have the video. well, chewed it atleast). It was very hard to do - everybody tried to break it and even throwing it really really hard onto a concrete floor only just smashed it. It was one sturdy phone.

I have had a 3650 for about 18 months now and the only damage is a few scratches on the screen cover (that isnt a nokia). I'm amazed that even after how i use it the camera lense doesnt even have one scratch on it. Brilliant.

I voted for Nokia.

The screen for my 6600 is VERY tough - it's the only phone I've had that doesn't have a scratch on it (I had one for 9 months before the vibrator motor stopped working - but Orange replaced it).

I voted for Sony Ericsson. I've mainly had Nokias in the past, but my new Sony Ericsson S700i beats every other phone I've ever used.
