Verity - " The TV Feud That Cost Me Stardom"
Verity has made the front page of Mondays Daily Mail with a nice picture and the headline - "The TV Feud That Cost Me Stardom".I am presuming by that headline that she thinks Sharon purposely chose her to leave the show on Saturday to spite Simon.
Nothing to do with the fact she was in the bottom two then anyway.

Ermm, I think it's unlikely that Verity wrote the headline, or even suggested the idea to the parasite, sorry, journalist. You are talking about the Daily Mail remember.

Yes indeed,
this faux feud is getting old, very OLD,VERY QUICKLY,eh. Let's go back to having a show to crown a new star for 2004/5,the last thing the unholy trinity need is publicity for their phoney war... Verity was poor, but massively improved from Week 1,unlike 2 to Go who should have gone, and WILL go next week if my theory is correct. When I see that mob(2 to go)I see Butlins Skeggie, and that's all. |

If Verity really said it she is sadly deluded. I feel sure that there is work for her out there but she was never going to win.

I don't think she ever expected to win. If she'd gone out on a straight viewers vote then she, and Roberta last week, would have just accepted it as the viewers decision but neither of them know if they really were the act with the least viewers support.
The Daily Mail has only put into words what others are saying or thinking. The twist would have been easier to accept if the studio audience had the final vote. |

LOL nothing to do with the fact she was the weakest act on the show then.

![]() As for the voting, I don't think that all the acts are called out in order except perhaps for the final 3. If that is the case, then 'G4' were only 3% ahead of the final two. As for Verity, she was the weakest act during the 1st week (she was singing out of tune) and should really have left then. |
