Wd live tv not connecting to BT hub
My WD live tv media player can see my hub, but when the password/wifi key is entered it just won't connect
iPhone and laptop connects fine but not media player I have tried at a friends house and connects fine, Any ideas ? Is it some security on the hub ? |

there are so many wpa-psk settings
I would switch off all security to the router and firewalls on it try wep and move higher with the settings until you cannot connect is there an option to put in the MAC address of the WD as a trusted device ? |

You indicate that dongle can physically see the hub but are you certain that it is looking at yours? When connecting my Sony TV it saw my hub and a neighbours as well. As this listing was in numerical - alphabetical order mine was not the top of the list although signal strength was an obvious give away.
