hi guys recevied my HTC radar this morning popped my orange sim card in but i cant send SMS basic text messages the phone says "cannot send" and asks me if i want to try again the phone will accept text messages but will not send

Did you buy the phone direct with Orange, either over the phone or online?
Or was it through an Orange retail store?

Or did you buy the phone unlocked through a third party and put your Orange sim into the phone?

Also is the sim card Pay As You Go? Or Pay Monthly?
