Hi all,

I currently have an HTC Desire HD, but am looking for an upgrade. I've had the DHD for a year or so, and I find it just a bit too big.

Other than the iPhone 4S, what other phones might be suitable, either out now or coming soon?

Thanks in advance.

What is it you dont like the actual size of the screen or the fact the DHD is quite bulky?

I haven't really seen any of the 4.3" phones in the flesh to compare acutal bulk size... is the DHD on the fat end? I love the big screen, but wouldn't mind something smaller.

@fmradiotuner1 Did look at the Lumia, but not sure I like the OS.

Yes the DHD was amongst the first of the 4.3 screens and it is on the fat side compared to the majority of the others.

You mention getting the iphone4s so on that basis money is not a problem then? or do you have a budget?

Thanks for your advice so far, swordman. Much appreciated. I don't really have a budget, nope.

No budget? Well, go to some online mobile phone shop, order them by price descending and there you go

Basically, you have iPhones, Android, Windows Phone 7, Blackberry phones to choose from. I'd have a look at iPhone 4S, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, HTC One X, HTC Titan, Nokia Lumia 800, BlackBerry Bold 9900

HTC One X, HTC Titan might be to big for them.

If you like the bigger screen but not the size of phone I would say you would be upset going back to a small screen like on the 4s.

I would say have a look at something like the xperia arc s, samsung galaxy s2, motorola razr. All have larger screens of better quality that the DHD but are very light in the hand and slim.

The new xperia s looks very nice too but I have not seen in person as yet but certainly wont be as big as your DHD.
