StooShe Appreciation Thread
Hi
![]() Any StooShe fans here? They're a new girlband who look set to be pretty successful this year! They're debut single Love Me is number 5 in the midweeks! I think they're great and I have very high hopes for them

I'm glad they didn't fall from #5.
Looking forward to their album

Now that Stooshe have had some more hits, namely Black Heart, Waterfalls and their new single Slip, I feel it is time to revive this thread.
They have a new album London With the Lights On due to be released in May. As Black Heart was my fave song of 2012, Courtney is the first person born in the 90s to feature on a fave song of the year! |

In my mid-Decade chart, Stooshe have as expected featured with both songs Black Heart and Slip. They are the only female act to achieve this (although Kylie and Melanie C are back for the first time since the 90s). Indeed, these 2 Stooshe songs are the only songs between Sep 11 and Mar 13 to make it!

Stooshe took part in the Christmas Lights switch-on in Stockport this evening. It was mainly Karis who introduced the songs but I enjoyed watching Alex most. The 5 songs they sang were Slip, Waterfalls, Uptown Funk, Let It Go and Black Heart.
They will be at a similar event in Wigan tomorrow (with recent X Factor contestant Olivia Garcia). |
