Turn Me On sounds more like Only Girl (in the World) to be honest

Its more of the chorus bit when Nicki sings...turn me on, turn me on.

Then Rihanna goes all my li-i-i-ife!!

Well thats the first song that popped into my head that sounded so similar! lol

I don't hear it myself - Turn Me On's beat is a standard David Guetta track, which is what Where Have You Been tries to emulate. And Turn Me On is also older too.

Alot of today's dance today sounds generic but no the overall music and sound of where have you been totally different and sound nothing alike.

They sound very similar, but all dance-pop songs in the charts do now.

They're both rip-offs of Sexy Chick by David/Akon.

Again, Turn Me On was recorded in February 2011 and released (and started charting in the UK, US and loads of other countries) in August 2011.
