Next to me (Hee, Hoo hoo hoo)
Does anyone else get the urge to join the cast of Sister Act when this song comes on? I just wanna to that side-swaying-clap thing. Jesus christ this is an amazing song.
I first heard it in the bank and couldn't work out if it was Leona or Beyonce. Turns out it's Adele... but not Adele Adele, Emeli (Adele). Love for this song? |

It's a nice song. It's grown on me a little, but it doesn't really do much for me. 'Heaven' and 'Daddy' are far better songs.

It's probably my favourite song from her. I like the chorus when they slow it down with just the clapping

After Heaven, I find Emili's music has been getting more and more bland.

Next To Me has definitely grown on me. I think she is really good, her debut album is really easy to listen to, maybe too many ballads... i think it's about time we had a British Alicia Keys/Mary J Blige that actually has commercial AND critical success, unlike Beverly Knight, Jamelia, Corinne Bailey Rae.
Really hope Emeli has a great year
