Jennifer is 100% going to be at the bottom of the Ultimate Skills...so yes, it could be a ploy to get her out the final.

I dont think Jorgie should exactly be looking forward to this ......... I think Mr Evers has certainly helped her along a lot this series.

They always have the solo skating spot for the semi-final.

It's just in previous years they've spaced out the required elements over the weeks rather than wrapping them all up into the "ultimate skills test" like they did this year.

I preferred the old way.

If this is the case the two men should be safe.

I quite like the idea..hopefully it will put the "Jorgie cant skate" rubbish to rest, and it will really show who has learned what.

I hope they change it slightly though.

1. Do not want Gubbas commentary basically distracting everyone!
2. maybe they could select music to do it to so it seems less intimidating?

I thought next week Jorgie would have a big 'come back' and finish top - but now I'm not so sure.

Will they have a normal scored routine with their partners first, and then the solo spot I wonder In that case Jorgie might finish top of the leaderboard.

I wonder if they will be scored for their solo spot too

So is there a bottom 2 next week or is it that the person with the fewest public votes go?

I felt the ultimate skills test was dull and boring the 1st time
so why do it again ?????

... and this time we see it 4 times..... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

yes, I think Jennifer is going next week.

Chico will come 3rd and it will be a close contest between
Jorgie and Matt

I am not so sure about Jennifer going next week. They said that whoever is top of the leaderboard is going straight through to the final. Matt is obviously Louis and Robin's favourite so that is clearly going to be him. However, if the judges pick is the celeb who tops the leaderboard presumably that means no skate off and the public pick two of the remaining 3. Chico has been in 2 skate offs. Jorgie and Jennifer have been in none despite both of them now having been near the bottom with the judges. That puts Chico at risk.

The scores from the dance and then the skills test will be combined, the highest on the leaderboard gets an automatic pass to the Final and the other three face the public vote , with the two with the lowest votes doing the skate off as usual, at least thats how I understood iot.

On theother hand they could put Chico top and he goes through - Jennifer will go home irrespective as either Matt or Jorgie will be saved by public vote

Jorgie will lose points because she doesn't look particularly good when she skates solo. She needs a lot more refinement in her performances.
Jennifer on the other hand has the potential to be brilliant, she looks so much better than Jorgie when she skates and she finishes everything off properly like skaters are supposed to unlike Jorgie who just goes from one move to the next. The only thing Jennifer lacks is confidence. If she can find that in the next week then I think Jorgie will be in danger.

I think the two men will be safe.

I thought his commentary was only made when recapping parts of their routine and I didn`t realise the studio audience could hear it either.

I think they should all do the Ultimate Skills Test......,,it's the only way to sort 'em out......

The girls depend on their professional partners far too much IMO while the Celebrity guys have to do all those lifts and still stay on their feet.......let's see how they all do on their own....should be interesting.......

Jorgie is a much more capable skater than Jennifer, and Jennifer skates, if anything, less "properly". Jen is more balletic in her movements and positions, but that's all.

If its the same as last time this basically means that they're all doing the same routine. I have to say I would prefer them all to do a solo routine like last year - I actually think that whilst this should favour Matt he may also be held back if they all have to do same jumps, step sequences etc. as he is capable of more than the others.
