I always thought that Suzanne Shaw was overmarked and over-rated, does anyone else think the same about any winners?

Agreed Chris Fountain should've won that year. I also felt that Hayley and Sam were overrated and overmarked.

Agree on Chris but not on Hayley and Sam! I though they were fantastic.

Gaynor Faye in my opinion has been the weakest winner to date.

But I don't think that she was overrated though.

But Chris was below par in the final itself; whereas Suzanne was above par; hence, she won.

Most weeks he beat her, but not in the final where it mattered the most.

I'd say Hayley. She was the best in her series but that's damning with feint praise as the competition that year wasn't up to much. I think she'd have done well in some other series but would have struggled to win.

Suzanne..she really didn't skate that much on her own until the final few weeks, and her attitude always seemed so "put on" ..I will say her flying routine was brilliant, I just felt that Chris overall was far superior.

Thats the one final I will never get over!
