When is this released as i really want it

Not sure. I don't know what to make of this song really, lyrics are dreadful and there's a lot of Jlo On The Floor in there, but I quite like Biebers voice on a dance track.

I don't know but even though I'm no Bieber fan I must admit this song is quite good. I'm listening to it now
