The song premiered on Fearne Cotton's show today and the video followed shortly after.

Thoughts?

I like it! It's not one of her best but it's still good, I'll download my copy when it's out!

Do you think? I love the song and the video but the fact Radioactive stalled at 25 makes me worry for her because it was her most accessible single to date. Would love to be proved wrong of course.

Well i did always like her! Just yeah it did take a lot of time...i mean i got into her first then my sister did and i wavered off lol

but yeah this album sounds so fun! I dont care if she has massive commercial success, as long as she sustains herself and keeps her name going and material coming...i would much rather her be a representative of British Music than a certain few out there right now :-/

Haha yes when your sister likes something it loses its shine i know that feeling oh too well

And yes it seems really inventive very much like an F.Scott Fitzgerald book hope it does well her and Flo et al are as you say doing this country a much better service than one direction ''shudders''

Haha yes when a sibling likes something after you it all becomes "less cool" haha

Yes i mean people and artists like Florence, Little Boots, Marina, etc really showcase raw talent in Pop music in the UK but are often overlooked in favour of what is current, catchy and poppy ( i dont wanna name names as i will appear very selective....but certain boybands are an example SI!)

Plus i love the music Marina listens too...Madonna, Kate Bush, Britney, Bowie to name a few massive faves there IM IN!!

I love it! Hopefully this will do better than Radioactive, she only performed Radioactive once on TV, so I understand why that didn't do too good. Hopefully this will get more promotion since it's now the first single from the album.

Yeah totally, she is doing her bit for the country though by going international.

But as I say i love my artists with buzz, eccentricity a broken vulnerability as well as chaotic and mad naturally!

The Family Jewells is a solid Pop album aint it...Mowglis Road is my fave...takes me back to Jungle Book

I love it! It's sickly sweet, but with a bitter undertone!

I think I finally get this Electra Heart character, I saw her in the video instead of Marina! Some fairly cool Imagery too.

Really like this! The video is really well done too - especially like the shot where she's sitting on the floor and the dog is barking at her, fantastic imagery used throughout! Hope she does well with this and looking forward to the rest of the album now.

I love both those songs! Oh No reminds me of my Marketing Research lecturer because I always used to think "Oh no not again!" when she was screaming or handing out lollipops to the students I had the song stuck in my head through most of those lectures. Still passed though...

I've only heard the studio version twice and its rammed itself into my skull, I've been humming it all day. She looks so good in the video, I really hope that she does start to get the recognition she deserves merely for her own sanity (although insane Marina is somewhat brilliant).

If this could tap into the Katy Perry market it could be huge for her, and imo its far better than anything Miss Perry has ever put out!

The video could be better, it definitely didn't have a big budget although she does look hot. The song is really good though, but then so was Radioactive and that didn't do so well (except in my gym that seems to play it all the time )

Love her voice and much of her debut album, this track is catchy but very generic sounding.

Heard it last night on Youtube, absolutely love it. The first album was amazing, and it's a crime she's not better known.

Favourite Marina song would either be Are You Satisfied? or Blindfold Me. Or Seventeen. Too many to choose from.

I'm very excited about this new album, especially the concept. I was doubtful at first, but now think it's going to be ace after this song. The video is brilliant too.

One thing I think might happen though, is that as a concept album, it might suffer the same fate critically that Aimee Mann's AMAZING The Forgotten Arm did, with critics generally praising it but saying there were no obvious standout tracks. I disagree on that, there are plenty, but I'm not sure if casual listeners will truly *get* what Marina is trying to do.

Radioactive was good, but in my opinion, Primadonna has a lot more to say. The music might be a tad generic, but it's Marina's voice and lyrics that make it a knockout.

I agree the video had a very small budget, however it looks far from cheap to me.

As for the song itself, I guess you could argue it's Dr.Luke generic but to me it's still very Marina, just like Radioactive was. Part 5 is coming soon to!
