Just how does the poster's comments fit into tongue in cheek? She seemed very serious to me and the banter was missing. As for cleverly amusing, well the amusement seems sadly lacking and I'm still searching for the cleverness.

You do realise that posting in capitals like that is classed as shouting and is in fact extremely rude and aggressive.
As someone else said we can only take your word for your side of events you for all we know could actually have been chatting up and flirting with her fella not the other way around. Its all very easy to change events and stories years down the line to suit it how you want it to be especially if there is no one to substantiate it either way. Not saying that you are lying but just commenting that it is possible for people to edit versions of previous events to suit viewpoints or situations.

anone can make anything up on the net (not saying anyone is lying) ....those saying they've met someone and they're lovely could just as easily be making it up as those who say they've met someone and they're horrible .... also at the same time if someone is nice to someone it doesn't necessarily mean that they can't have been nasty to someone else and vice versa

Seems to me there's a world of difference between someone saying 'I don't like Jen Ellison cause she pulled my hair and acted like an idiot, in this pub, in this place, at this time' and being called a liar for making it up...
...and someone saying 'yes, Karen Barber is horrible, believe me I know' and then going all coy and refusing to elaborate. Why make the accusation publicly if you then refuse to substantiate it?

Absolutely. But surely you can see that to make a statement that you claim you can substantiate, publicly, and then to refuse to substantiate it publicly, could be viewed as crying wolf.

Quite honestly I've been impressed by Jen's transformation over the past couple of weeks and think it's a shame it came comparatively late. I wouldn't be surprised to see her make the final over Chico, but I am surprised to find out that I don't mind too much about it
