Hi folks..

I have recently got the Humax HD-Fox T2. It can access the internet and your LAN computers, via a router.

What I think would be really cool and actually usefull too was if I could access the freeviewHD box whilst on the move with my android phone. Say I was told of a programme that I was interested in, I could set a record schedule, rarther than miss it.

I have some experience programming and understand the basics of java, just would need to research networking and appropiate java classes.

Does anyone know if programming recording events would be a possibility with this box, maybe with a telnet api or something? Does anyone know where I might find information on what commands would need to be sent to the box, if such a thing was possible?

any help/comments would be appreciated...
