1. That 'tube' isn't a real tube, it's a duplicate in a Musuem so obviously you need to do some research before you go out throwing accusations. She wasn't allowed to film in the TUBE STATION aka going down the escalators. She didn't film in an actual tube lol... Do you really think they'd let her do that at peak time on a Thursday?! no. So obviously that'd cost money to film in...

2. Cher Lloyd is going over to America soon and her lead single 'Want U Back' is featuring Snoop Dogg so no, I doubt she's going to get dropped. Her going over to America is probaly going to do her a lot of Justice, LA Reid fully believes in her and will back her until she's a sucess. 200k isn't bad for album sales either, it's comfortable... Nothing amazing.

3. JLS haven't been managed that well, some of their videos have been disasters also... and some of their material, don't get me started on that. Even JLS stans aren't happy with the material they've been recieving lately.

4. Syco did good at debutting Alexandra and introducing her to the public but as the era went along, things started getting worse and that was probs because Alex was so desperate to go somewhere with her career, Syco aren't a label that really want to push you unless it takes off by itself AKA One Direction. Cher is only going to do well in the US due to LA Reid thinking she's a star.

I like Cher, not as much as I like Alex but Cher does have something...

She was great on tour and her tour was also done on a low budget (Syco to blame)

Cher didn't even have an outfit change and she only had 2 dancers and the dancers were embarrassing ... They couldn't even dance lol. So ye...Cher hasn't had it easy either and she also said when I met her a few weeks back that she isn't a fan of some of her material and preferred some of the tracks which didn't make her debut so Syco are quite forceful.

I think Cher working with LA Reid will seriously do her wonders...

Lol those trains got taken off the Victoria line 2 years ago, they stank and they were oldddd...they didn't feature much of the Tube station though so I guess that's where the issues with filming were...

Alex needs a US launch imo...even a moderate hit there would see her budget go up tbh....but we have no idea what is going on with the US situation...we don't know whether she's still signed to Epic or whether L.A dropped her during the restructure and she signed to RCA US...

Either way she needs to do something about that while she can tbh.

I quite like her music, apart from Swagger Jagger. I just don't like her attitude and personality, But I still hope she achieves success in the States, she does deserve it cos she gets a lot of hate just like Alex.

But i am not being rude Cher going to america and LA Reid backing does not mean anything 200k is shit by this time alex had already a platinum album Rebecca ferguson has sold 600k already so Cher is not doing well that song she did with astro was released already and tanked so what is snoop dog is on it snoop has not charted in ages he is not as current as he used to be she should go with WILL I AM or flo rida.

Me neither....all their US artists are only successful because they are big names....She needs to sign with Roc Nation (another Sony related label which in theory could happen) or Island or Columbia. Epic would be good too but they aren't such a great label any more...

Cher has backing in America by LA Reid and Perez Hilton ... How can you say Snoop Dogg isn't relevant, 'Sweat' was a great dance tune and his feature on California Gurls also worked really well and the song wouldn't have been the same without him IMO, he gave it that extra edge and Cher's Want U Back video has also been re-shot so now she's over in America things are starting to look up for her including Budget.

Ye her album didn't do amazing but IMO Sticks and Stones isn't really Cher, a lot of the material is mega cheesey and she even admits that in interviews. I predict she could have medicore success in America IMO. You can't just predict that she's going to be a 'flop' over there just because her album has only shifted 200kish in the UK, 200k isn't shit by any means.

I agree with you and yes you are right i can not predict the future i actually like Cher music particularly the Mike Poser duet. i just hope that alex will do well and everything will work out i do honestly think that LET IT GO is one of her stronger songs and if possible she could top the charts with it.

It might even be out tomorrow. Either way, Starships is a dead record now (it's still hot but not as much as WHYB or LIG). Also WHYB is old too. Good but not a fresh new record. New single, but off an old (in pop terms) album. If R1 hammer our girl and the other stations do too, she will have a #1. Ri could, but if YDO and TTT (good songs with better airplay than Elephant) missed the top 10, then WHYB might flop too. It'll be big in the US, there's promo (I suppose she has BGT and The Voice here) all the time there. Alex won't struggle in the US.

If Florence, Adele, Ellie G and Pixie and Tinie all had some success there debut wise, then Alex would fly. She had hit after hit. Part of the reason the UK shades Alex is cause commercially they can. She's done very well, but they can laugh as she hasn't actually gone anywhere. If she'd sold about 16-20m records from Overcome (if Jessie sold 11m with some average album then Alex could best that) they wouldn't be able to say anything.
