What type of cuisine do you think the UK doesnt really have much or any of at all.

Anyone think a US style southern food restaurant is a good idea?

One that just sells beans on toast and tea and nothing else. I would love to work there just so i could say No when punters ask for anything else like coffee, rolls, fish fingers etc

I would just point to the sign above the counter.."WE SERVE BEANS ON TOAST AND TEA ONLY"

Nude restaurants.

They could sell jumbo sausages with floury baps, little fried eggs and spotted dick for dessert.

Taco Bell is not pleasant (imo). Taco del Mar or Qdoba are much better.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Cajun or Creole.

Or American "Soul Food". Most gorgeous food but almost everything is fried. And I do miss corn bread....

A decent vegetarian chain restaurant.

I've been to some nice ones but they tend to be more city focused. A lot of restaurants have a very limited vegetarian selection.

That would work for me too! But you don't have to miss cornbread. I've made it plenty of times over here.

A restaurant chain that provides healthy home-cooked style meals as takeaway.

I'm sure it must have been tried, but I've never seen it happen near me.

But it would have to have a token meat dish.

If I give you my address could you send me a batch...

I do love a good cornbread. Or a recipe would suffice.

I remember reading that "Hooters" was tried in Bristol(?), but they packed up shop when it turned out it just wasn't profitable.
