Its says this .... Your Netflix region has changed to USA
Then when I try to watch something in the USA it says
Netflix DVD Service
The Netflix DVD Service is only available for customers in the U.S.

I will try a reboot and see.
Nope reboot didnt help either. Oh well just have to wait till my son can look at it. probably something simple.
