I'm wondering if this means they are planning to take off the entire programme soon.

Netflix UK has had material the bbfc has cut before. Western Heaven's Gate, which has always had about a minute of cuts to horse falls on UK release was on there uncut I believe.

In addition, the end of Ren & Stimpy season 1 episode 09, which the bbfc cut 3 minutes 2 seconds out of- a song called The Lord Loves A Hangin`, in which the bbfc thought "hanging is presented as comedic, fun and risk free," & was unsuitable at any rating due to the work`s otherwise appeal to kids, was there in all it`s glory, listed as having a PG rating. Whoops! (Edit- though that cut is now pointless as it's also on youtube).

Neither of those 2 are on the UK service at the moment though.

I don't see a discussion on this show when I searched, so apologies if there is a thread.

I highly recommend Happy Valley (if you're in the U.S., Netflix is the only way to get it) and as difficult as The Fall is to watch, since it appears the ending of series one is not to my liking, as wasn't the ending of Happy Valley, the show is excellent. Gillian Anderson, especially, is outstanding.

With that, I am so tired of vulnerable women falling prey to seemingly normal men who rape, torture, and kill them. Scary part? It's a realistic fact.

Oh, and if you're in the mood for quirky, Twin Peaks is a good one to watch on Netflix.

Sorry to reply to my own post, but I still can't find a discussion on The Fall.

Phew, just found a point where the show went from taking advantage of vulnerable women to taking advantage of stupid women.

The babysitter - should and would, in any real life world, have cried rape when the killer accosted her for the hair trophy, and landed him in jail.

So, now I can watch the show and know it is badly written.

Oh, and speaking of badly written, do all psychologists get away with doing no work at home, spending no late hours in the office, and staying awake all night without it affecting their job?

Nice. I want to be a psychologist too.

Regarding Katie, the babysitter, I can only assume that you haven't yet watched the second series. It would actually be more surprising if she had decided to go to the police after the attack you mention.

I watched a British thriller called 'Hummingbird' on Netflix last night that had Jason Statham playing the main character. Who would have guessed that Staham could emote?!

I've been toying with watching it for weeks... I'll give it a go (despite my reservations about "The Stath"). Can never take him seriously since he did those chocolate bar ads several years back with a bizarre lisp.. wittering on about a "Hare and Tortoishe having a racesh..." very odd indeed; maybe he'd just spent his Lock Stock fee on some new ill-fitting veneers?

Netflix US is slightly different to the one we have here in the UK. I loved Aaron Spelling's Melrose Place which is available in its entirety with all 7 Seasons. Is there any way we can getit added to tthe menu in the UK?

I think it would be great if Netflix did a suggestion form where people can suggest what shows to add to netflix.

Canada now has The Fault in our Stars and Belle from last year.

I haven't yet seen Fault but Belle is amazing and in my top ten of 2014.

I personally wouldn't worry that much, it's not that good!! It suffers from the same problem a lot of comedies seem to be suffering from, it just runs out of steam in the final quarter.
