Looking on eBay there are loads of brand new Lumia 800 phones or used for a short time then put on eBay, why is this? I was also talking to a guy the other day in a phone shop who told me the lumia 800 has a high return rate, The phone itself looks stunning, I can only presume its Windows Phone that puts people off?

If it was because it's a Windows phone it would apply to all Windows phones

It has battery and audio issues supposedly fixed in software updates.

Besides this I tend to agree with this blog post: http://communities-dominate.blogs.co...l-problem.html

Not to mention the on the business side of things the weak Exchange ActiveSync support compared to WM6.x though it has got better with WP7.5 than WP7.

Interesting post, makes sense after hearing what the sales guy said to me, and by the amount on eBay, Can't live with them seems to be the issue.
