I bought an ALBA 16 inch LCD tv, for the bedroom.
and the problem i have is.. when the picture goes dark. all i can see is dark shadows all over the screen!!! sometimes the same thing happens when you watch a film on your laptop..
why is this.. can it be stopped??

im no expert but you could try adjusting the settings in the picture menu?

it might just be because its a cheap set and not particularly well made.

if its new, and youre not happy with it..... contact the retailer

picture settings have little effect. yes it is new. got it from ARGOS with a voucher..

It sounds like poor backlighting of the lcd panel, and no adjustment will be possible. I'd take it back.
