Syncing a SGS2 to a Xoom Tablet

I have a SGS2 and want to buy a tablet.

Would I be able to sync it to a Motorola Xoom as they are both Androids or would it not work because they're different makes.

Thanks!

I don’t have any of those models but can’t see why it would not work.

I have two Android tablets, a PC and an Android phone (all different makers) and all the syncing is done via Google for example; contacts, calendar /diary and e-mail are my main ones.

Any other stuff like Word docs can be transferred to and from a PC or tablet to phone and visa versa using Dropbox via Wifi.

OP - All you do is sign in to the tablet with the same Google account that you have on your SGS2 and your done. All your paid apps, calander, g-mail etc (well Google stuff) will be available. DropBox is usefull when sharing files (also a new cloud sevice called Box is available with 50gb free storage). If you sign into Facebook or Twitter then that will look after itself.

I am not 100% sure (I have looked but couldn't see an answer) but I don't think there is a limit in the number of devices you can sign into with your Google account.
