Was thinking that tomorrow could be a barrel of laughs when DS are in Maintenance mode! Remember when we lost pages, and how some fms got stuck in pages. Huge laugh that was, and if DS are listening we could have another one.

ooo cream cake, yummy

Haha having a wrestle with DS always adds to the excitement and frustration of shows like these.

Hubby won't sit and watch AI or XF or the like so I'm going to follow the live thread instead. I'm taping to the Sky box so will watch when I'm on my own

Will try to keep people informed of what's happening.

Show's starting....
theme is songs from the year they were born.

Thank you meg.

Year of birth choices often turns out to be quite a varied and suprisingly good show.

I'd be singing something from the 50's

Thanks for the running info

I hope year they were born doesn't include cover versions as that makes it a mockery of the theme !

Phillip Phillip's up first.
Been having trouble with kidney stones.

Sheesh Will I Am gets everywhere helping Jimmy mentor the contestants.

Phillipx2 does a good job.
He usually sounds like he's in pain anyway so he can pull it off when he actually is.

I think the biggest shock last week was Joshua being in the bottom 3, not good for him to do so well and yet be near the bottom.
He deserves to make it further.

Hi everyone
Decent start by Philip. He doesn't have many fireworks in his voice but he has a cool bluesy tone. Could see him being a pretty good recording artist

lol Will I Am asks Jessica to 'punctuate the modulation...'
Errr 'kay.

Good to hear her do an upbeat song after last week's ballad, even though it maybe doesn't show off her voice as well.

Jessica....1995....certainly wow....comes out like a star already....can see her going far with a voice like hers and the right attitude. Can't spell name of that song, but what a great performance..wow...10/10

I'm not too keen on Jessica's really wide vibrato. Decent effort though
