His comment about there fanbases made me laugh they probably have the same fanbases . Also not a big fan of either but its better to do well in Albums than in singles especially in the US as it shows u have a actual proper fanbase out there and not just a one hit wonder so One Direction are actually doing better than the Wanted but there both doing good .

I don't think they'd keep on making these comments and then denying them straight after, to be honest. Wouldn't pay attention to anything unless there's video evidence.

TW have said their comments were out of context and have tweeted that they are supporting all British acts in the US. But the press are still going along with this.

If he did say it, then they should wait to see how their album does and not get too cocky after ONE hit single.

If they didn't say then fair enough but they have come across quite cocky at times what I can remember

If I were them I'd be more worried about the release of their album instead of bashing 1D.
