I remember my first episode of EE back in 1988 as a very confusing experience - I couldn't figure out who all these characters were and what was going on

Mine is of Coronation St.,sitting in my pyjamas drinking milk and eating custard creams while watching Ena Sharples and Hilda Ogden and Annie Walker, Betty Turpin, and Bet Lynch all in the one scene in the Rovers, and Elsie Tanner probably featured as well! I was only about 8 at the time, and I'm almost 45 now, so I wouldn't have had a clue what it was about, but my mother was watching it and I remember it vividly!

Emily Bishop's husband Ernest getting shot in the wages snatch at Mike Baldwin's factory in Coronation Street. I was probably about seven at the time.

15 February 1989 - Staying at my auntie's house. I was playing with my cousins in the playroom but wanted to get a drink. Went to loung and auntie was watching Coronation Street. I vividly remember watching the scene of Brian Tilsley's death. had nightmares for a coupla years afterwards as couldn't understand that it wasn't real. Obviously at the time I didn't realise it was Coronation Street. Watch the scene since and it still sends shivers down my spine.

I remember watching an episode of Eastenders where Kat was having a heart-to-heart with somebody and she looked up to the moon through the window. I think it was after the rape or maybe something to do with Zoe. I always remember that because of Kat surname at the time being 'Moon'

Probably when Dierdre married Samier in corrie. I remember thinking he had a funny accent and me and my mum used to do impressions of him! Lol

EastEnders - Grant and Tiffany shouting (vaguely). The scene I do remember vividly is the one where Frank runs her over though.

Neighbours - Harold returned (?). I was young - I just remember him sitting in a car and my mum was like "oh look! Harold's back!"

Home & Away - a car crash where the mum gets put in a coma and the son feels guilty. Don't really remember

Earliest Eastenders memory was the cot death storyline in 1985 - when Ali and Sue's baby died. It was really powerful stuff.

A lot of old buggers on here!

My earliest memory was of a fire. I think it was Dave Glover's death in Emmerdale

I'd say my earliest memory was in 2002, Jamie getting run over and dying in the hospital in EE. I was 10. I think, ironically, I was actually watching it in a hospital - my sister was in around that time

Earliest memory is probably when Lisa gave birth to Louise in 2001. I was 8 at the time.

Dennis getting stabbed in EE although I swear it looked different compared to what I remember it as. However I did watch EE before that but I just can't remember it.

My first proper Corrie memory was of Lisa Duckworth being knocked over and killed in the street.

I remember the closing credits rolled over a picture of a smashed bottle of wine and loose change on the cobbles (Lisa had been to the Rovers to buy a bottle of wine and her purse popped open as she was crossing the road to get back to No.6.)

The man driving was Ashley from Emmerdale

I have a very vague memory of Vera Duckworth in the Rovers, must have been about 6. I also vaguely remember Lisa Dingle but that's about it.
