Lorraine Kelly - does she EVER present her own show?
Not that I'm truly complaining as I can't stand the woman but when I think of how much she must be paid for that job, she hardly ever seems to be there. Whenever I've switched on Lorraine in the mornings lately, it's been presented by either Nadia Sawalha or various guest presenters.
Why is Lorraine almost never there? I know she's Scottish so she'll be off when the schools are on break in Scotland, but even when there are no schol holidays she seems to be away more often than not. Makes you wonder what the point of the show being called Lorraine is when the one who it's named after seems to be hosting it less and less. |

She had a horse riding accident, needed surgery and is now out of hospital recuperating. I suppose she show loyalty to the job and do the show from her bed. Tut tut.

Don't feel bad.
Even before the horse riding accident I constantly saw adverts for Lorraine featuring every other presenter but Lorraine. |

I'm sure L.K.'s a lovely person and is very kind to animals (and wee babeees) but I can't fathom what her appeal is ?
Can anyone help ?

I guess everyone's entitled to holidays and seemngly you seem to catch her show when she's off... that said im sure shes off ill atm.

its not the greatest of shows anyway..but perhaps they should have called it After Daybreak or something so it wasn't so odd when Lorraine is off
Guess there is also "The WRIGHT Stuff" and "LIVE with Gabby"..when either of them are off..I think Kaye Adams was doing Gabby's last week? |

I can't stand this woman either - she just has an irritating manner to her so I suppose the less time she's on tv the better.

Can't stand her but why is she still off? My OH had a full hip replacement about 10 weeks ago and has been incredibly active since about week 2.
And BTW, Jackie Brambles, what has she had done? I didn't recognise her.

I thought that she came across as very genuine when she was doing her section for Sports Relief. There were no false tears and she seemed to be speaking from the heart. I gained more respect for her since seeing this

It's like "Live With Gaby" on 5 after The Wright Stuff. It's funny when pretty much every week Matthew has to cut to "Live With Gaby" to find out what's on the show, only for Matthew to say "Now to see what's coming up with "Live With Gaby" today presented by...". Well anyone but Gaby normally.
