Can these guy's connect straight to your voicemail without the need to actually ring your phone?
I got a voicemail today from somone claiming to be from retentions but there was no missed call registered on my handset.
I wanna have a chat with retentions but don't wanna find myself talking to the "pretend" retentions muppets that called last month.

Any Orange customer can leave a message on another customer's Orange Answer Phone (Voicemail) without having to call the number first, so there's no reason why Orange couldn't do that themselves.

yes I know but if I can short cut all the "press 1 then 6 then 5 go back to the main menu start again" bollocks I'd rather just call this girlie back.
