I LOVE to hear a cat drink, it's so comforting to hear that a cat is about that i've put a bowl in my bedroom so I can hear them at night

For the last several years, four professors from prestigious institutions have been looking for the answer to a simple question: how does a cat drink?


Do they get paid for doing this or is it something they do in their spare time?

I'm not sure, but what often looks like a waste of time on the surface often has useful discoveries in the field of engineering etc.
