Moffat, James - Cartmel trainer whose runners at that track bear the closest scrutiny.
The Moffat's website states thusly:
This is sadly untrue (the part about the top class racehorses, that is) but James himself did recently have a useful performer in Chief Dan George, a Cheltenham Festival winner a couple of years ago who also took a Grade 1 Novices' Hurdle at Liverpool in 2007 plus 7 other races over a 6 year period.

Observatory, Abdulla owned colt who was a top class miler and has been a moderately successful sire most notably with Twice Over.
Ulan Bator where the longest horse race in the world, the Mongol Derby, starts nearby on a 1,000 kilometer journey across the Mongolian steppes on semi-wild Mongolian horses.
Valderrama.....no longer racing but then it never seriously did race. Beaten a total of nearly 300 lengths in the only three races it finished and pulled up in its other six or seven races.
