Nizam - ruler of the old Indian state of Hyderabad.

In 1868 the Nizams opened a racecourse at Moula-Ali in Hyderabad and they are commemorated by the Nizam's Gold Cup now run at a different track in Malakpet.

(I swear this is true. The last Nizam, Sir Mir Osman Ali Khan Siddiqi, died in 1967. A few months before his death there was a headline in The Times that read Nizam Of Hyderabad Dead. The following day in the same newspaper there was another headline that read Nizam Of Hyderabad Slightly Better.

Ulan Bator - capital city of Mongolia.

There is currently no racecourse in Mongolia but horse racing is one of three sports featuring in the Naddam Festival which takes place in Ulan Bator in July. The horses race cross-country over distances from 10km - 30km and are ridden by children aged 5 - 13.
