Today's This Morning cut from ITV1+1 for legal reasons

Apparently today's This Morning was hastily dropped from its repeat showing on +1 this afternoon, for legal reasons. Didn't see it myself, but I've been hearing about on Twitter. Philip Schofield has merely commented that it's due to "heavy-handed lawyers". Anyone know what happened that was unbroadcastable?

Clue: Kelvin McKenzie was on.

He was wittering on about some geezer who had won £4 Million on the lottery but still claimed £15 000 per year Housing Benefit.

Those on Benefits should be barred from gambling, it makes perfect sense.

Ah. Didn't need to read the rest of your post to be honest. Surprised this hasn't happened before when he's been on. The man's turned slander/libel into a grotesque art form.

Why are people allowed to get away with that.

Well no wonder. It should have been dropped on the grounds of taste.
