I'm not expecting any team to win GS, so it'll come down to maths
I predict France as overall winners, with Ireland and England fighting for second spot I'm off to Twickers on Saturday, thanks to last minute resale of tickets. Hoping for a birthday present win from England team Good to have the games on BBC1 and spread out over two days . I'd prefer it if they had games on Fri , Sat and Sun , but please not three on one day |

Anyone can take the thrown in.
It has become the hookers role but it used to be that of the wingers - each takinng their wing. In the classic Barbarians v New Zealand game that took place 40 years ago yesterday the All Black wingers certainly did it (not sure about the Baa Baas but within a couple of years the hooker would have. |

Well done Mike , should be an England win , but of course we never know. England normally only mess it up on the last day.
Good to have the games on BBC1 and spread out over two days . I'd prefer it if they had games on Fri , Sat and Sun , but please not three on one day shame really as it invariably means Italy always get stuck with an afternoon slot (have they ever had a match after 3pm). France also miss out on their Friday evening matches, which usually get good viewing figures for them roll on the weekend ![]() PS - there are still some tickets available for Eng v Scot Ticketmasters |

Good afternoon gang as we head into another 6 Nations
My predictions Wales v Ireland - WALES narrowly England v Scotland - ENGLAND comfortably France v Italy - FRANCE comfortably No Grand Slam this year for anyone, but I think France will win the championship Italy for the wooden spoon Wales to do well, they may beat Italy Scotland and perhaps Ireland but can't see them turning over France and England So maybe 3rd place this year for my team |

Bit of a surprise here, Wales getting a good hiding first 25 minutes 15-0 down!

Glad I'm not Welsh, this is embarrassing. Really poor basic skills in all areas; 4 turnovers already. Restart kicked straight to hte Irish!
Why don't the Welsh RFU spend some money producing a pitch that you can run and change direction at pace? |

To be honest though, their Autumn form was terrible and a sign of things to come. |

Have they had the world ploughing championships on the Millenium stadium pitch just before this game or something, it's in a shocking state!
Can barely have had anything played on it in months but is cutting up like crazy. |

Just shows a year is a very long time in rugby....Wales beat Ireland in their last three 6N clashes as well as the World Cup quarter final and seemed to have the hex on them.
To be honest though, their Autumn form was terrible and a sign of things to come. Howley doing the best he can but is a bit out of his depth as a head coach albeit a temporary one |
