Any other day England would have loved that result.

Ah well best team won the competition, fair play Ireland.

Congratulations Ireland fans
Wish it was Wales, but huge congratulations
There was very little between the three sides.........any one of the three could have won today

Not sure Robshaw should be questioning the ref after that Vunipola 'try'

Well done Ireland on back to back titles.

This.

Sam and the boys did us proud and set the tone, but well done Ireland and unlucky England.

Remarkable day of rugby.

I wouldn't be down on England at all. They needed 26 points against a very strong French side and gave it the most ferocious go (I actually thought they were going to score at the end)

Well done Ireland but I can't help feeling England threw that away with lax play today combined with not taking advantage of the Italy and Scotland matches.

I would put England's loss down to how bad they played against Ireland a few weeks ago.

France should really let Saint Andre go after shipping 55 points in a six nations fixtures.

England played well and needed the points but that's no excuse.

French International rugby looks dead in the water.

Which means they'll definitely be in World Cup Final again

Possibly but Dublin was always going to be a tough place to go.

Biggest ever win for Ireland at Murrayfield too. Just shows when teams are chasing points, they run riot and play with abandon

I've never really been a rugby fan.
Started a new job a month ago and one of the lads I work with plays.
We've been chatting about this all week.

What a day. Unreal. I'm in.

This will hurt England and Wales for a day at best

Both are in some shape going into RWC along with Ireland.

They deserve to enjoy their moment but they can't quite celebrate it like a Grandslam.
