Poor first half in Cardiff all told. France have been involved some really dire games so far and this is another. Could still go either way this one, keeping Wales out on the stroke of half time may do their confidence wonders for the second 40mins.

Wales lead 6-3 at the break.

Wales should be eating this French team up in all departments given the state the French are in

Don;t think England will be quaking in their boots so far looking at that first half

Looks France is still trying to do that passing game

Great start to the second half for Wales. Penalty, try and conversion.

16-3, 51mins.

Brian Moore is just irritating.

It's genuinely sad for World Rugby that France have looked an awful attacking side for nearly a decade. The amount of overseas players and intensity of the Top 14 have killed them off as an International force.

A win's a win, but this has not been the most convincing display

MASSIVE improvement needed when we go to HQ to play 'the old enemy' or we will get stuffed

Another poor 6 Nations game. The tournament really hasn't caught fire this year

Awful stuff

A massively mediocre england team will be winning the slam based on tonight. It's been a very substandard tournament

I got home to see the last 30 mins where Wayne Barnes seemed to go along with any Welsh infringement in the 5m line.
What does someone have to do to get yellow?

A case of just getting the job done in an ugly way?

Any time Waynes Barnes is the referee, more often than not it is a joyless match.

Stop, start, with no flowing rugby, then we have him take an age to get a scrum formed and lecturing the front rows of how he wants them to bind.

Usually the Wales/France match is entertaining, but the only good thing to come out of last night was a Welsh win.

We should've had a player yellowed in that period to be honest. I guess Barnes was evening it up when France should've had a yellow or two earlier in the game

Entertaining game in Rome. Scotland ought to played a bit better but their outside half had a mediocre game. Missing touch kicks getting sin binned etc..

Anyway their in form players like Barclay, Hogg and Laidlaw got them their deserved win.

Haskell and Robshaw are a liability.

Dear me, how many penalties do England want to concede today?! The passing along the backs is poor poor poor.

I watched 5 mins of chiefs v crusaders in SR this morning and it was infinitely more entertaining than this entire 6N weekend!

Hartley must be the strongest man in the world if he could propel himself forward at the bottom of that ruck under the posts.
Surely Watson was tackled in the air in the first few seconds of the game?
Passing from England is poor and may cost them if Ireland can string together a move from way behind a the gainline (which in itself looks a bit of a risky strategy).

Couldn't agree with you more, add Dan Cole to that list too, time for england to get rid.

Very true that he couldn't have propelled himself from there but I thought an Irish hand or knee was holding the ball up from being grounded anyway.
