A blood bin substitution and a front row injury can allow a previously removed player to return to the field.
Thanks for the link.
Odd comment in the Observer's report "BOD was persuaded to come off 9 mins from hte end, having spent most of the second half limping, but as soon as France equalised he brought himself back on for the final push".
In Celtic game:
"One man most will hope not to see Down Under this year is Craig Joubert."
Gian Luca Vialle was just interviewed on BBC 1, he gave a really clear almost poetic reason for liking rugby. And beautifully said in English. Puts my Italian to shame.
Sad news for one of my favourite International players but a great boost for the Lions. Australia captain David Pocock has been ruled out of the series with a serious knee injury from a Super 15 game.
Is International rugby getting a bit tame and boring for the viewer? They certainly tackle like fury and get injured, but fail to create any inventive rugby and tries ..... and I do mean all the six nations teams in that .
Another thing ...... it is about time they stop the clock when the ball is not in play. Couple of minutes for a penalty kick, replacements on and off, forming the scrum and line outs, all in 'play time'.
They must only spend about 30 minutes of a game actually playing rugby!!
