Lucky but shows you how having a kicker like Halfpenny is a match winner. It will get more difficult now.

Scraped a win against a team with no recognised back at 12 for 40mins. And missed 14 points. Lions outplayed and need to come up with answers.

Talk about scraping a win! Onwards and upwards.
NB Don't change the scrummers too early! |

Id bring in Tipuric at 7 move Warbs to 8. Leave AJ and Corbs on for longer. If Roberts or Tualagi are fit then replace JD |

Didnt deserve that but nice to get a fluke for once.
4 injuries to backs, they finished with two flankers at centres. OConnor was poor at 10 and dreadful with the boot. A slip on a penalty to win it and Two scrums lost in the last 10 minutes. The referee was pretty poor but we wont have those four things in our favour next week. |

Sam proving there that he isn't good at maths. "Half job done". No a third Sam. We want 3-0. No dead rubbers when it comes to playing for the Lions against Australia.

Red wasn't a cheat. Disgusting claim, Lions need to look at themselves not the ref.
I recall some questioning of Steve Walsh's reffing of the scrum in the Wales v England match in the six nations. NOt from Wales supporters though ![]() You are misjudging the attitude of Oz if you think they were only close in score due to a poor Lions display. |

Seemed changes for changes sake. The only justifiable one was Phillips for Youngs which worked well. I can see Vunipola and Parling having come on for having had great impact before but not sure they were needed.
Cole actually played really well in the loose when he came on, but Jones shouldve seen it out. |

All the points for the Lions were scored by Wales players ..... North, Cuthbert, Halfpenny.
Just saying,

Could I blame the all England front row that finished the game then and gave away the pen.

NOt from Wales supporters though ![]() You are misjudging the attitude of Oz if you think they were only close in score due to a poor Lions display. It wasn't the refs fault the game was close, the gameplan is wrong. It's failed for Wales countless times against aus and but for awful kicking it would have failed tonight. |
