Dreadful game. Cant complain, Australia have been the better side in both games. If they could kick and catch theyd have won both by 10 pts.

Never understood these 3-0 Lions predictions, it was a no brainer it would be 1-1 after two.
Seen little in two tests to suggest we can take a decider either. They cannot see out a game, the last 20 minutes of both Tests we have spent about 3 minutes combined in their 22. |

Be tempted to change one if not both centres. Roberts must start, maybe Tuilangi too. Back row defended well but still isnt offering anything in attack. Im not sure what Tipuric needs to do.

Australia fully deserved the victory. The Lions never looked like scoring a try & paid for being so negative. Hope Tipuric comes into the team now.

Lions kicked too much ball away, world class backs never properly unleashed

Third test, northern hemisphere ref, Tipuric HAS to play. If Warbs is fit then JT at 7 and SW at 8. If SW is unfit the play the Welsh back row, with O'Brien and Heaslip/Croft on the bench. Jamie Roberts to start if fit or Tualagi. We need that boom in the centres

Can't agree with SW at 8. Really? He's never played there at international level! I'd play him at 6 and Tipuric at 7 tbh, but I'm not a fan of losing Lydiate/Croft. Vunipola got a v.generous commentary I think. His scrummaging leaves something to be desired and I'd imagine Australia would be interested in seeing that elbow to Adam Ashley Cooper again! |

This. Why anyone though it was a good idea to endlessly kick to a team with two 6 foot plus wingers is beyond me!

Warburtons a tricky one, he was probably the best of the pack today, maybe AWJ on a par, but his presence doesnt offer much from an attacking perspective, particularly with the other two alongside him.
I still think a back row of Croft, Tipuric and Faletau wouldve performer better overall. Even O'Brien would be the next option. |

Davies, North, BOD and Bowe funnily enough play best with the ball in hand, so the gameplan was useless, like watching Rob Andrew all over again on a groundhog day loop...
Id like to see the kick % rate from both 9 and 10. I would imagine both would be ridiculously high. Some of Youngs box kicking was decent but it was too much. |

I don't rate Tuliagi at all, but I agree - if Roberts isn't fit he has to start. Davies was anonymous again, and BOD seems to work best with a bit of boom inside him.

Vunipola won't be playing next week, neither will Horwill. Both will be banned |

You're right I was harking back to the u19s where SW played 8 as JT was a much superior 7.

Glad I'm not the only one feeling that way about Vunipola - I was massively outvoted in my house, to the point where I thought I was watching a different game ![]() (the cynic in me thinks some of Horwill's tears at the final whistle were because he knows he won't be playing in the decider next week...) |

The thing with the scrum these days is that the feed is crooked and teams are pushing before the ball is fed in - both allegedly illegal under the laws of the game.. Making it very hard to assess the performance of individual props... Will the IRB sort out the reffing of this area of the game...
