Not sure who yet but hope they find someone.
Ashton is ok but defensively he panics and flys up when he should sit back a bit.
I don't think England are anywhere near good enough yet there were glimpses of good stuff Saturday at the breakdown but we are a team that looks capable of conceding a horror scoreline if someone gets it right.
Cant see us getting close in the 6 nations. Hate to say it but its Wales to lose and the game of the tournament is the Wales v Ireland one.
As for the world cup its coming to fast for us to be good enough bit of home advantage might help but getting out of the group is going to be near impossible.”
Good points. This England team certainly aren't world beaters, but are masters at grinding out results- great sign of a team. Lancaster is doing a fantastic job, not too many star names, especially compared to Wales IMO
As you say though, they can be liable to a hammering, like Wales did last year, however I really admired them in the 6n digging out dirty wins v ourselves and Italy, and sure even on sat there
Yeah Wales should take home 6n and maybe even GS honours in March, but I wouldn't ever write off France. Too enigmatic to win 5 games though. As for our own chances, we have a poor record in Paris so not holding out much hope there. We head to Twickenham with a huge point to prove but home advantage could be huge. Wales were as bad as I've ever seen them in the opening 40 against us this year and when they found their rhythm we couldn't really live with them. Luckily we held on, but I don't look forward to it next year, granted we're at home
Think we could well win all our autumn games, NZ will be sure to have their big guns all out for the England game to dish out some revenge meaning they might field a second string against us! We
should beat Aus, but they could be a dangerous animal with nothing really expected of them...
