Bolero

I think it will be really sad if Jorgie does not get to do Bolero. She and Matt really connect on the ice and Jorgie is so balletic. If Matt Evers can come up with a really great routine we could have a real goose bump moment.

I hope Matt picks her up and turns her down onto the ice, rather than Jorgie just standing up at the beginning (as in fact happened with Suzanne) because that is just so unimaginative. I want something like the start of T&D's original 1984 Bolero, and Jorgie is small and light enough for him to manipulate in the air even when he is on his knees.

Actually, the prospect of Chico dancing the Bolero is the most exciting to anticipate. He did so well with tonight's performance, that the Bolero could be really remarkable. What puts him ahead of all the male pros is how well he takes care of his partner and how strong he is.

Anyone else sick of Bolero. Don't get me wrong I love T & D's Olympic winning routine and saw them do it live shortly after - but I would now like to see something different on DOI.

I did not feel the emotion in his routine. Looks out to the audience too much instead of connecting with his partner. Thought he was over marked tonight.

I agree .... for me, out of the final 3 Chico and Jodeyn skate the best together as a couple followed by Jorgie then Matt

Matt did the best skills test tonight, it was technically strong but I don't get any connection between him and Nina when they're skating together ..... he just seems to clumsily throw her about and go from one trick to another .... whereas Chico and Jodeyn actualy "skate" together and they were really in time with each other tonight when they did side by side movements

also Matthew seems a bit gung ho with Nina .. he always seems to be dropping her .. and I also don't recall them doing any slow/expressive routines, they all seem to be upbeat/dance based ones

For me I would prefer to see Chico and Jorgie skate a Bolero as I think they're more graceful skaters

Me too - if it has to be a variation on a T&D routine I'd go for Barnum next and change it each series, however long DOI lasts

As long as idiotic viewers - getting less every week - continue watching. Like the show it is old hat, over the hill and had it's day.

Sick to the back teeth of the Bolero (and also the head banger) I'll record the final and just skip theough the ads and Bolero.
