Slight problem with this freeview box. Everyday at round 10am if its not switched off it will remain on the current channel and is unable to turn over.

No idea why is happens. Any ideas and how to fix it? I've emailed Samsung but they dont reply!

Anyway one thing to try is to do a Default Settings on the box. This will wipe all the config data plus any scheduled recordings you have (but not anything on the hard drive). But it can often clear out any corrupt data in memory that may be making the box play silly games.

NB if you had to manually tune the box because of problems with other transmitters just be aware it will dive straight in to an auto-tune after the reset so be prepared to cancel that if necessary.

With a bit of luck that may sort it out.
