Lumia 710 doesn't support flash?

I bought a Nokia Lumia 710 a couple of weeks ago through phones for you. But most videos like Youtube and BBC iplayer won't play? It says upgrade your flash player?

Does the 710 not support flash? If so is it a settings thing i'm missing or something else?
Is there a mobile version of flash I can download?

Please help! I had a Desire before I should of stuck with that!

Windows Phone 7 doesn't have Flash support and there's currently no other way to access BBC iPlayer on it (at least not easily).

YouTube videos should play through the phone's built in video player.

Have you tried going to http://m.youtube.com in Internet Explorer?

Flash isn't available on Windows Phone.

Apple set the trend which Microsoft copied.

Search youtube app in marketplace and install it. As for iplayer, no idea. If that's html5 you might get lucky with the youtube app.

BBC iPlayer does have a HTML version. Give me a second and I'll see if I can find the link.

Edit: Try accessing http://www.bbc.co.uk/mobile/iplayer/tv from your phone

Use Youtube Pro for youtube (search in marketplace) - full HD videos!!!

Sadly BBC iPlayer is missing in WP7 but hopefully should appear soon.

Also suggest installing Dragon's Blade rpg game which has built-in online system to interact with other players!!!!

I'm not sure they copied, i'm sure they made their own judgement. It's on it's way out and that having it on the phone has just as many negatives as positives.

Its got no SD card slot or HDMI either.

Whilst not a total necessity , when it eventually gets old and relegated to other jobs these are very handy.
The built in obsolescence is for the manufacturer, not the users benefit.
