Digital comics changing the way comics look

Not saying I've noticed it but I expect it'll happen. Just look at the panel by panel mode on the DC iOS app (I was using it for weeks before I realised it had that ability) which personally encourages me to take in more of the detail of individual scenes.

I was a bit surprised to see a lot of double-paged spreads in the New 52, because they're a pest to read on the iPad. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a move towards cleaner, squarer panels in that kind of comic.

Yes it does make it more exciting.
Panel by panel reading is cinematic, especially with all the fades and flourishes that the DC app uses. Sadly I'm now spending a fortune on there but it just looks great.
