Arji Amarillo paste ?
On Saturday Kitch this week, oe of the chefs did a fantastic looking duck recipe, but he used "Arji Amarillo paste" (a hot yellow pepper paste).
Where can I buy this ? If I can't buy it, what can I use instead ? |

Watt said his was just a puree.
Online you can buy the dried pepper. You can then make a paste from them. http://www.food.com/recipe/aji-amarillo-paste-430394 You can also buy Aji Amarillo hot sauce on ebay. I'm guessing that has other ingredients such as vinegar, onion, garlic. |
