OMG! the teaser didn’t give the idea away! This is something only Madonna can pull off. Best of all she is dancing to a routine again! Now this is a twist of energy and homo-eroticism in an elegant video. It would have been better if she at least incorporated WOMEN just for the sake of “girls they just wanna have some fun” but then again, this is awesome still!

Madonna just keeps getting better and better…

I haven't really liked anything from this era, although I have just started to listen to the album and am fairly impressed.

But, this video is FANTASTIC! A DANCE ROUTINE!! Completely changed my opinion of GGW too! Finally she's impressed me in 2012!

Scenes from her past videos are lightly referenced: Erotica, Express Yourself, Vogue, Human Nature, Bad Girl, Celebration… just to name the most distinct ones. Black & White scenes, hunks, chains, smoke, and leather complete the sexually-charged qualities of the upbeat video.

The video's as average as the song. Surely she could have come up with something a bit more original than guy-on-guy action and her withering about yet again. Guess not.

Love the song but that video is meh. Even Madge is copying herself these days.

Like the song very much - can't wait to hear it blasting out on my home system as opposed to my laptop (my CD has been posted by Play.com this morning!)

The video is nothing ground breaking, but goes well with the song. It may be all style over substance ....... But what style!

Incredible video. Loving Madonna's videos for this era. Haven't been that keen on her videos since her Ray of light era.

Madonna never forgets her gay fans. The gay community will go mad over this while the Homophobes are bound to claw out their hell holes.

Interesting video. I see Madonna is taking the imagery she did first and reminding everyone who really owns.

Woah...

I would never have classed myself as a Madonna fan, I liked a few of her songs, never really noticed many of her recent videos... but Wow

That video strikes me as being iconic, artsy, bold, beautiful, modern but retro, exciting, and so many other things! I had seen the preview and thought " It's going to be deliberately shocking, which will make it predictable and boring" but I was 100% wrong. The preview didn't showcase anything of value, they saved it all for the video!

I do have a bad feeling though that the gay theme will alienate more narrow-minded people, or people who are not yet comfortable with it being thrown in their faces... but I doubt Madonna cares, and a Madonna fan is likely already accepting of this theme and these images!

Madonna does what she does best here. Combining elements of previous massive eras/videos Vogue/Blonde Ambition/Erotica/Human Nature and even Impressive Instant (DWT) with the smoke excluder there!

I love the visuals for the MDNA era thus far, the album artwork is very iconic. The videos thus far have showcased two different areas of Madonna and her Super Bowl performance was a landmark!

Some may take it apart by saying "it aint groundbreaking" etc. But Madonna IS the groundbreaker and proving she can mix up the eras in one bold video...and IMO is more powerful in less than 4 mins of visuals to take in than a dull 10 minute long "epic" so much to take on board and be in awe of with Wild.

The wall routine, the bloody eyes, the intense choreo!! (YEES Madonna in a massive choreo routine in a video again!!!) fantastic!

I love the video, it reminds me a lot of Justify My Love with the black and white thing going on as well as the chains and general theme of eroticism, this era seems to be very reminiscent for her, taking elements from her earlier stuff and giving them a modern twist which I love. Also I much prefer GGW with the spoken intro, it just provides such a contrast and when the beat kicks in it's just like "BOOM, SIT BACK AND WATCH ME DO MY THING BITCH". I just love it, as someone else mentioned though it would have been more appropriate for their to be some female dancers, but then again, Madonna never has done what anyone has expected her to do has she?

Rumor has it it's been dumped as a UK single and we are getting Masterpiece. Not too sure about that.

Yes, we're so thankful that she has done a boring, generic video featuring half naked men in heels... really does a lot for us.

It's the second single, and I'm still waiting her to prove why she is the queen of pop. I mean, she's does some good songs in the past undeniably but it seems the only reason why she has managed to hold onto any relevance is by using other peoples talent (William Orbit, Abba, Kazaky in this video to name a few), although apparently this is clever.. She can do anything and her fans think it's absolutely amazing and groundbreaking, even by recycling ideas from her past videos. Any female singer could do, and have done, a video exactly like this. And no, I'm not sexist or ageist... it's just extremely... reductive.

God awful song.

And this video bring a terrible feeling of Deja Vu. I hate it when people revisit themselves.
I do not know if it's worse than other revisiting you.

Was there any other video prior to this one? I did not even noticed.

The video isn't bad, I think she looks really good in it. It's certainly not original by any stretch of the imagination.

:yawn:Gaga fan much? Tiresome. At least I don't have to endure an 8 minute self-indulgent video full of nonsense.

just got back tonight after a trip to wales for a funeral. i took my laptop and dongle though, knowing this video was coming. i have to say, its brilliant. so many past references from her previous videos and its just so good to see her do a dance sequence once again. i love the tongue in cheek look on her face, especially during the spoken bits. you can tell the message is not meant to be taken literally and the fun aspect of the song really comes alive.

i was also pleased that my `gmayl` cd single, had arrived when i got back tonight.

You mean since she first did this kind a video?

She doesn't have to prove you anything. You either don't like or you do. Very simple! And if you're gonna come to talk about boring and generic her video is, maybe you should think about some clever points of criticism to make. Because there's nothing new in the way you're slagging her off that hasn't been said before. I'm sure it's not meant to be sexist
or ageist...but you just sound extremely reductive...
