Hi does anyone out there have the box set of THE WIRE and can the advise me if all five seasons carry sub titles?

season 2 is a bit blah, but otherwise it's great tv.

I thought Season 2 was excellent!

Amazon have withdrawn this set for reasons yet unknown maybe because of wrong info on box perhaps no subtitles anyone got this box?

Hi - I've got it and although never tried subtitles, it does have an option to turn them on/off, so assume yes

season 2 was maybe the best one. the teaching one was good too. the last one i thought went a bit far. but overall it's perhaps the best tv box set ever

since we are now in the business of stating quantitative opinions as fact it is not as good as the west wing. which is also a great value box set 44 discs over a hundred hours.
