Jade switches teams at the start of next week's task.

I definitely think that Jane could be fired really soon now as the Jenna light clip theory seems to be gaining momentum. As Sherlock Holmes points out, we know Jade moves to Phoenix in Week 4 as she's seen with Tom in a junkyard task clip, whilst Ricky is seen as PM flanked by two women (Seemingly Gabrielle and Jenna) in the boardroom meaning at least six people are on his team. I think that that clip is from Week 4 and it appears Adam is the other PM. Next week's PMs will likely be confirmed tonight, whilst the Week 5 task will probably be cleared up in the next few days.
he most likely task for Task 5 is the fitness video one and seeing how much Stephen appears to be involved, the implication is that he's the PM. As for Sterling, by this point, if we've got the PMs right then Laura and Jenna have both yet to be the PM, so its a good bet that one of the them will be Sterling's PM in Week 5, but according to the light clip, neither is fired.

I wonder whether the girl in the middle of the light clip is the PM for that task as she appears to be leading the way.

I think Jane might go she is just being too negative and bitchy.

So if Laura loses, Jane will probably be fired, if Tom loses, Adam will be fired.

I would have thought Ricky might have stepped up but I suppose it makes sense for Laura to have a go. I just hope Katie survives for a while just to prove to LS that she can win tasks.

It is strange because Katie was seen as taking a seat back etc, and does make you wonder if previous candidates who have been fired for being in the background could have been good contenders.

Karen said Laura's shop looked rubbish, and Adam was picking up junk from the bins (good reason to fire him if they lose)

Tom, Stephen and Katie survive next week at least (Fitness task), so I would say Laura's team might lose and Jane fired for being too negative.

Unless Jade is fired, team Phoenix will win.

This also means that the losing PM (again a woman!) will be saved again (the light clip, though that might be a trick as all 5 light candidates are on the same team now!).

Its like the reverse of last year, Glenn was the only male winner as PM, all the rest was Female

Jane seems like the best bet to go IMO. Maybe Jenna though. But I am sure she is the one in the light clip. I was looking at her hair this episode and it seemed to match (Bit weird I know lol )

I have a gut feeling Jade won't go. Same as Duane. I feel the edits are making them good contenders on the show. Plus I think we might see more of a Jane Vs Duane boardroom (If they are on the same team :/) Cause they seem to me like they are building up to a big argument.

I think Laura could go but again I see her to be set up as a strong player so I cannot see LS firing her.

But she might be a poor PM, and her Business idea might not be what Sugar is after.

Laura is seen in the light clip, but since all of those 5 candidates are one the same team it might get a bit misleading (perhaps one or two teammembers are somewhere else?). It will all come down to the clothes every single episode (in comparison with the light clip).

Still, I am glad that my favourite candidate will reach her (Laura's) homeland. Should be at least episode 7 I hope.

Yeye, possibly she could be terrible. Or Maybe she brings the wrong people into the boardroom. The your fired seems for sure on the PM's Chair or to the left. The one furthest if completely safe.

As much as Jane is a bitch she needs to stay cause she is making it entertaining.
