Labrinth - Electronic Earth
Really liked his first two singles and the third one is growing on me, so is anyone buying this?

Ill listen to it online first then decide, it sounds promising though. I'm not too keen on last time, it just doesn't click with me.

i thought this guy was pretty cool on the tinie tempah tracks he looked like he would be at home in a hip/hop act from the late
eighties early nineties with his dress sense and style, had high hopes for him then he sold out to syco/simon cowell, and all credbility was lost in an instant.

He is the only Syco act who has full control of his music. |

Just listened to the previews on iTunes, nothing sounds as good as Earthquake. It all sounds a bit bland and average. I'll give it a go when it's released though. Quote:

I liked Earthquake (although hearing it played from people's phones so much put me off it a little) but his new single is pretty bad. I'l give the album a listen on Spotify at least though.

I think he's great, the most interesting artist I've heard in a while. I like the new single, very daft punk-esque. I'll definitely be buying the album.

I love the logic of chasing credible artists instead of enjoying good music.

This album is incredible, (bar a few songs) Ive had it on repeat the whole day.
Loving Treatment, Sunset and the duet with Emeli Sande is almost perfection. |

There isn't a single track i don't like.
Loving 'Climb On Board' and 'Sweet Riot' Also, to the person that thinks he's lost all credibility signing with Cowell, he signed with him so he would be one of a kind. He's certainly nothing like Cowells other signings and is definately the one that stands out. |

I listened to it yesterday and it really is a great debut. Probably my favourite album of the year so far.

After three great singles, the album is extremely disappointing. He has a reputation as being a brilliant producer but you really can't see it on this album, especially on the opening track 'Climb On Board' which sounds like it was made by a teenager on his MacBook.

Just listened to the album and I don't seem to have an opinion on it really. It isn't bad but it isn't amazing either, Earthquake and Beneath Your Beautiful are the standouts easily. I like it, but not enough to buy it.
