Try as they might ITV2 has not got me got watching Jordan or Peter Andre's lifestyle shows, The Only Way Is Essex, or Celebrity Juice.

But my freezer is usually half full of four cheese Chicago Town deep dish pizza, because of that American Idol sponsorship deal they had a few years ago. At least I managed to resist buying a Silent Night bed, as recommended by a pink hippo.

We have it easy in the UK. I have on occasion sat up until the small hours to watch live streaming of Idol's Fox TV broadcast and they have 'commercials' after every song. All for food, food, food, food, yet more food....and cars.
