Nearly went to see her at the NEC but saw her in Sheffield at one of the rescheduled dates in the end hehe! Madonna's Tickets are: £175 / £125 / £95 / £55 (+booking & transaction fees). It would be £55 for me & same for Gaga if her Ticket Prices are the same lol!”

Okay thank you! I'd love to get Madonna tickets but I really don't know if I can, wish she'd come to Manchester though she did on the last tour. Come on Gaga for Liverpool!!!

TEOG could have been bloody massive and a brilliant lead single, but I do think BTW fit the bill best at the end of the day.

From The Vessel at the Grammys, to the 6 weeks at #1 and the songs general impact, I think it was right. In a perfect world, I'd tweak the production and use her live melody to distance it further from EY.

TEOG would have been best set up to be a summer smash alongside the albums release. No mess, just slay.

In hindsight, I think I'd have set it out like this:

Single #1 - BTW (Feb)
Single #2 - TEOG (May)
ALBUM
Single #3 - MTN (Aug)
Single #4 - Europe: Judas, US: Y&I. (Nov)
Single #5 - Scheisse (Feb)

It not too far but I would be easier to go Manchester plus there's money, I'm not too bothered but it would have been nice

I also would love to see Gaga at an intimate gig - and also would have loved to have been in the crowd when she did R1BW, I thought when she sang Edge of Glory it was really amazing.

There's a thread going on about what direction she should go in for the next album, and its refreshing to see so many posters saying they want her to keep progressing. I loved TF and TFM, but I just don't think you can deny that BTW was so much better in terms of distancing herself from being just a blonde with a vapid message. She turned herself into a serious popstar with that album, and whilst she went over the top with its mesage and also her self-editing, i think it was a step in the right direction.

I'd like something a bit rockier next, with perhaps a few jazz influences as well and please Gaga a proper ballad. We know you can do it, you know you can too - bring it on!!!!

Things for Gaga to do with the next album:

Protest song - something with a rhythmic chant that crowds can shout in their thousands but the song has meaninglike... A protest song against general opression and stuff. Give it a marching beat and trancy sounds from an electric guitar with punk influence and we're good.

A huge epic semiballad. In the same vein as "run", "stop crying your heart out" etc with the big thunder drum. I think if she'd worked with other producers for "the queen" we were getting close with the "starry night" bridge. Maybe she could write about how much she would miss performing if it were all taken away. A love song to the arenas and stadiums in her life.

A follow up lyrically to Paparazzi. It's her most chilling and semipsycho song with a hint of unhinged. It'd be interesting to get her take on it now that she's experienced some of it: being stalked by that guy she had to get a restraining order against, the whole deal with the girl that skinned her cat, and me following her around the world :/

Some song in response to summerboy. Maybe downbeat or scornful about how she wanted to do all this stuff during summer but then he got rid of her like she was nothing but she's going to do it the same again next time summer comes.

And of course the obvious Poker face bad romance judas continuation. It'll be about stockholm syndrome, loving those that imprison her and it'll sound amazing. The balance needs to be perfect though....
Intro like pokerface
Verses like Judas Hurts remix
Prechorus like schiesse
Chorus like Bad Romance
Bridge like scheisse
Ending like all of the above.

Perfect combo for a song but theres no hook because Juda-ooh la la was too similar so it would need to be something like the "ooh a ooh ooh ooh" bits from heavy metal lover but shorter.

Get on it, Lady G. Wheres my invitation to join your team? Geez.

Rollercoaster - love the idea about the protest song! Think this could be an amazing idea! It could be the perfect theme for a first single, unless she thinks it would be better to go a little less dark and human-rights orientated. I so hope she goes darker really cos whilst I love the fun-ness, I prefer her with a bit of an edge and a message. But there's room for both I suppose, I just hope she doesn't go back to the Fame sound cos whilst I love it - she needs to progress not regress.

Happy Birthday Gaga!
