Shania is my favourite artist and have been waiting since her Greatest Hits for a new album. I know she had a divorce (and her ex co-wrote and produced her albums), but it seems that now she's signed a 2-year deal performing in Las Vegas starting this December - will we ever get a new album soon?

Her last album 'Up!' was released 10 years ago!!

I love all of 'Come on Over' and 'Up!'. They are both such amazing albums.

Either way, I'm glad she's releasing music now but I just want a new album.

She will likely have an album out by the end of the year if she is doing a Vegas tour. Didn't know she was doing that by the way.

Even if Mutt Lange was her winning formula, there's no shortage of country songwriters/producers in the US - I don't understand the delay

Mutt has said he had very litttle input into shania's songs from a writing perspective.

Shania was ill for a long period of time and lost the will to write music, thats why there has not been an album for such a long time.
