Please note I don't own a Doro Phone but I know what the message means

to reset it you need the PUK code { Personal Unlocking Code }

the PUK code should be within the back side of the envelope in which the SIM card came with.

If you don't have that code you will need to contact your Mobile phone provider.

Doro make various models so really I need the actual model number and then I can give you detailed instructions. also who is your network provider ?

By the way one of the Doro phones { which may or not be your phone } has a pin which is 1234 but it has locked your phone because you have not typed in the correct code.

It can be set so it does not ask for a Pin but only after it has been unlocked.

if you are with Orange read http://help.orange.co.uk/orangeuk/su...ersonal/200627

see page 5 and 49 http://www.connevans.info/image/conn...3538b3d8e1.pdf

the default code was 1234 but it locks you out after so many failed attempts

if you don't have the code you will need to contact your network provider

and this site will show you the correct telephone number for the main providers http://www.filesaveas.com/puk.html

ask for the eight digit PUK code and be sure to write that down as if you get that wrong { after so many attempts } it will lock you out even further.

my mobile provider is Virgin

as it happens I kept the wallet the SIM came in and it does contain the PUK number although the number is also available from my virgin account page.

its not clear from your original question if your phone was registered by whoever gave you the phone so its best to check with them as it may block you if you try to register the phone on your provider website but if you have already registered it then it would save you a phone call to your provider.

I took the phone to a O2 shop and they did unlock it for me free of charge.

I emailed Doro for help in getting some wallpaper via Bluetooth and the reply was it should be no problem with 414gsm, 515gsm and 615gsm,how do I know what they are, help please.

I suspect they mean if you owned the Doro 414gsm/515gsm/615gsm then that facility is available but as far as I can see your phone does not.

gsm read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GSM

so what page in the instruction book did you read that you could add wallpaper via Bluetooth ?
